Editor's Note: It seems strange to be writing my own victory post, but when you wear a tie like this one, you must be bold. So here I go...Congratulations to Adam for winning the second week of the Tie Showdown. Adam's glorious bear tie mauled the competition (stolen joke) and forced everyone else's tie into an early hibernation (stolen joke). There was a late push by last week's champion Cat, but it was not to be. A valiant competition this week, and a number of truly wonderful ties showed up that could easily win -- it just was on the wrong week.
While the competition was fierce, Adam's tie was unbearably stronger (not stolen joke) and held on to win with 41% of the votes cast.
